Do you offer returns?

Due to the customized nature of these products, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns. Please check our processing times and ensure order details are correct before purchasing.

How do I clean my signs?

Spray a non-abrasive glass cleaner on a microfiber cloth and wipe gently.

For carpet and velvet signs, use a lint roller to remove any dust.

Where are you located?

We are based in Toronto, Canada.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to select international countries on the site. If you do not see your country please contact us and we'll see if we can ship there.

For Canada/USA orders, up to 4 weeks for completion and 5-7 business days for shipping. 

For international orders, up to 4 weeks for completion and 2-4 weeks for shipping. Your event date should be at least 2 months away from your order date. We are not liable for any additional duties/taxes/customs that are charged by your country. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
